What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically come out and take a look at the work needed. I then explain everything I'm gonna do step by step to the customer before giving them a price. Once a date is set I then come on that day and do the job. I always take before and after pictures for my customers and after I'm done I let them know I finished.
